Over the last hour or so all registered event delegates should have received a copy of their personal 1-2-1 meeting agenda for the Partnering meetings at the NanoMaterials 2010 conference which is being held on Wednesday and Thursday at the Russell Hotel in London.

If any delegate has not received a meeting agenda that may due to their not picking any 1-2-1 meetings or that no one wanted to meet with them. You may also want to check your spam filters and junk mail folders just in case it may have gone astray. Please let Phil Eadon at Allancia know if you would like your agenda re-sending events@allancia.com

Please check your agenda to see if you have any meetings requests which have not been able to be timetabled. These will appear at the end of your agenda under the title 'Meetings not scheduled due to no time slots being available'. Please keep an eye out for these companies during the event as some may also be 'exhibitors'. If you can't see a meeting request that you have made to meet another delegate on your agenda then it is probably due to the other delegate 'declining' your request for a meeting. Sorry, but such things happen. If you need any help finding people please go and see Phil and Alan on the CONNECT 1-2-1 desk in the partnering meeting room. No promises but I am sure they will do their best to connect you with the people you want to meet.

Don't forget that the 1st brokerage meeting starts at 2.00pm prompt on Wednesday. Remember to bring lots of business cards and if you have any questions regarding your 1-2-1 meetings please contact Phil Eadon or Alan Chatt on 0191 415 7340 who will do their best to help.
